Restore Real Emails

  • Hi There,
    I have had at least one case of real legit emails being blocked as spam.

    How do I restore these submissions and how can I tune the plugin so that it doesn’t block real email in the future?

    I am using the premium version.

    @smcewin ,

    You can find those records in spam submission record. Have you checked that ?

    Also, please send that record to dnesscarkey (@@TT) gmail (dot) com, i will check and try find why it was marked as spam.
