Restore some tables from sql file backup

    We are using the WP-Pro-Quiz plugin in WordPress and all over the sudden it stopped working. Checked in Wp-Pro-Quiz in WordPress and realized there are no quizzes listed. Even restoring a backup doesn’t bring the quizzes back. I have various copies of databases backup, but I am not an expert in recovering data from a database. By just copying the entire Wp-Pro-Quiz from various backup did not bring back the quizzes. Anybody could suggest any way of recovering those quizzes (we never thought about exporting the quizzes when it was working). Did not know that a simple Wp backup would not bring things back)
    Any way you software WPBackItUp can extract tables from a SQL file backup and then I can insert them in the current database?
