    Hello,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Would you please attach a screenshot? And would you please download the file from Google Drive and check if the file opens?

I will take a screenshot as soon as I get back to the house. I will download the file as soon as I can see if it opens

    Hello,

Sure, and would you tell us the version of WordPress and PHP you are using? And if you have access to your Control Panel then do check if there is an error log that might give us clue why it got stuck.

    Hello,

Would you please tell, if you took the backup of both database and directories?
Because when migrating you will need both database and directories else the website will crash.

    Hello,

We are sorry that you were not able to migrate it with Backuply.
Would it be possible for you to send us a screenshot of the Backup History tab with the list of backups you were trying to migrate?
And if possible check the error logs. They are most probably present in the Error Wizard on your control panel.

Your input will be highly helpful for us and other users.

    Regards,
    Backuply Team
