Restore stuck on ‘Unpacking archive’

    Hi there

    I am trying to move a WP site but on importing via the file method I have been waiting for ages while the message ‘Unpacking archive’ shows. The file size was only 44MB. I can’t stop the import process without reloading the admin.

    Any help gratefully received. Should I email you as per other responses?
