Restore Unsuccesful

I am trying to restore a backup on a site, and am getting a Restore Unsuccessful; please try again later message.

I tried restoring a different backup on a different site, and am getting the same restore unsuccessful message.

I am using Media Temple as our web host.

Any help would be appreciated.
