Restored .sql to database but still not restored

I’ve followed the instructions to use phpmyadmin to import the .sql backup file to the database my newly setup wordpress site is using (right now “Just another wordpress site”/basic new shell) and nothing has happened.

I can see the files from my backed up site in the database being using by the site, butafter doing this nothing changed/the restore hasn’t happened.

Can someone please help me with this? I’ve been trying to figure this out for days.
