My website broke after installing an Elementor update.

I am trying to restore an Updraft backup from my Google Drive but am getting this error message:
db:
Error: Download failed
Google Drive: backup_2020-07-30-1534_Patrick_Davis_Counselling_dc2d95cb821c-db.gz: Error: File not found

The strange thing is that this file name does not match the actual backup file name, which is:
backup_2020-07-30-1534_Patrick_Davis_Counselling_eadca690b3ef-db.gz

Can anyone please help me? Thank you.

Hi,

It is possible that the backup you are trying to download is no longer available. As an alternative, login to your Google Drive and directly download the backup file that you wish to restore.

Thank you for your reply @bcrodua.

It seems that UpdraftPlus is trying to download the wrong file for some reason.

I have now manually downloaded the files from Google Drive and manually uploaded them to UpdraftPlus. But how do I now actually restore them?

Hi,

You can upload it in the “Backup/Restore” tab > click “Upload backup files”.

I have clicked that button and uploaded the files (Zip) but is there a next step to actually restore them?
