Restoring gallery from the trash deletes all content

Hi, not sure there is a resolution here, mostly I wanted to submit this as a bug.

By accident, when attempting to click “edit” on a gallery, I ended up clicking “trash” instead. I went ahead and restored the gallery from the trash, but when I did it was completely blank. All content and settings in the gallery had disappeared.

Anyone else experience this?
