Restoring plugin

    I accidentally deleted the plugin. I reinstalled it, and downloaded my last backed up wp-polls plugin folder and overwrote the folder, but my polls are still missing. How can I restore my polls?

    When you delete the plugin from WP-Admin, it does an uninstall (because that is the best practice). Your data is gone. You have to restore it from your database backup.

    How do I do that? Where would I find that information?
