Restoring site using phpMyAdmin

My entire website was deleted without my permission by my ex-web designer (I believe). I thought I’d changed all of the passwords, but he still got in. I am awaiting proof from my hosting company of recent log-ins, but they tell me that it was not a computer glitch or error and that the information had to be deleted by a person. He had access to my site. I didn’t do it because I have not visited my site in over a week or more. GoDaddy sent me info about Restoring Your Database From Backup using phpMyAdmin. I don’t have a clue how to do this. Help!!
