Restoring the Woocommerce plugin to the initial conditions

By “restoring WooCommerce to initial conditions” do you mean something similar to factory reset for phones?

If so, you may consider uninstalling and then making a fresh installation. Please note that when you uninstall WooCommerce, only the plugin is deleted but your settings and other data (orders, products, etc) persist in a database. It takes an additional destructive step to delete everything. I have installed the Astra theme and the Brainstorme template.

You may want to disable these temporarily till the process of removal and reinstallation of WooCommerce gets over.
