    Hello WP community

We hired a freelancer from russia on freelancer.com
and he set up a shop on our website and not it doesn’t function.

We feel helpless and frustrated and need understanding and support please.

We are working on this page:
    https://sfshift.com/schedule-sessions/

    The services are appearing twice.

And we notice that when we click “add to cart” we are brought to this page:https://sfshift.com/product/single-bodytalk-session/

There used to “Product” description for the service user chooses.
And there was a custom scheduling and booking area that the freelancer created.

As you can see now it is no longer there.

Before, it redirected user to the page were user could schedule day and time in this “check out” page.

We feel confused and need support please.

Could you help us understand what is configured, and how we can specifically configure it so when user goes to this page:
    https://sfshift.com/schedule-sessions/

There are just the 2 services and not duplicates?

    and

please help us restore the booking and scheduler on this page:
    https://sfshift.com/product/single-bodytalk-session/

    For example.

We have a similar site we have the same plugins for woo commerce and when you go to this page:
    https://vitalthrive.us/schedule-my-sessions/

    and click “add to cart”
    it goes to this page:
    https://vitalthrive.us/product/three-bodytalk-session-package/

and you are able to schedule a day and time and click “view cart” and then it brings user to this page:
    https://vitalthrive.us/schedule-my-sessions/cart/

then we click “proceed to check out” and it brings user to this correct page:
    https://vitalthrive.us/schedule-my-sessions/cart/checkout/

yet for our other website page with all the same configurations and plugins it’s not working?

We hired a freelancer from russia on freelancer.com and he set up a shop on our website and not it doesn’t function….

No one in these forums is going to be able to help much; we can’t see the backend of the site and don’t know what exactly the freelancer did in terms of custom code in Woocommerce.

Everyone in these forums is a volunteer, and these forums are not to be used to hire people to work for you.

Consider looking for a reputable person on https://jobs.wordpress.net/ or https://directory.codepoet.com or https://upwork.com

(FYI, it’s not a good idea to respond to work offers from random forum users who have read about your issues.)

    Hi Mark

I read “we can’t see the backend of the site and don’t know what exactly the freelancer did in terms of custom code in Woocommerce.”

I’m curious and would like to understand please, if I gave you the dash login would you please help us with support?

Specifically in seeing why the checkout process is not configured right?

When I read “these forums are not to be used to hire people to work for you” I feel disconnected because I’m aware that we are a community. Thank you for sharing that is what you read out of my message.

I can see I didn’t make myself as clear as I would have liked to.
I’m not using the WP community to hire someone to work for me.

    I need understanding through support.
Specifically in regards to why both sites have the same woocommerce plugins, and one works through the checkout process and the other does not.

In the backend of sfshift.com all the woo settings are configured the same as vitalthrive.us in woocommerce settings, yet sfshift does not display the scheduling and booking in the “schedule my session(s) page.

Forum mods do not accept – and we don’t allow other users to be given – access to logins to user sites. This is for everyone’s security. Everyone in these forums is a volunteer. This is a community, but one with rules, for everyone’s sake. Forum Rules.

Specifically in regards to why both sites have the same woocommerce plugins, and one works through the checkout process and the other does not….

Probably custom code by the freelancer. This is why you need to formally hire someone to look at the site.

If you use one of sites linked above, you will find reputable people and escrow systems to allow you to hire someone with sufficient security and a reputation to do good work.

I hear you, thank you for further explaining this it meets my need for support.

When I see the links you have provided I feel thankful because it meets my need for reassurance I can accomplish my wordpress goals.
