Restrict a product to one grouped product

Hello there,

I have a product that I’d like to restrict it to be added to one grouped product only.

For example, I have these products: Hotel 1, Hotel 2, Room 1A, Room 1B, Room 2A and Room 2B.

Hotel 1 and Hotel 2 are grouped products.
Room 1A, Room 1B, Room 2A and Room 2B are simple products.

Room 1A and Room 1B are added to the Hotel 1 group. Is it possible to restrict Room 1A and Room 1B from being added to another grouped product ( lets say Hotel 2 )?
