Restrict access to user in media library doesn’t work

It’s working fine in our test environment.
If you are using the latest version then will you please share the related page URL where the issue exists?

Yes I’m using the latest version. Here is an URl on which I restricted access to only customers and subscribers: https://virginiehulotmirkov.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Your-Logo-here.png

It says, this file is protected, and when I go to the URL with an incognito window, I achieve to access the file.

PHP: PHP 7.4.24
Nginx/apache, I’m not sure, I’m on sitegroung wordpress hosting – growbig plan.

If you are using Nginx then media library protection is not available for Nginx yet. However, you may attach those media library files using the server file browser, so that the public URL doesn’t disclose to the end-user.
