    Hi

I’m trying to restrict content to few user roles using only shortcode without creating any levels. Is this possible?

I installed/activated the plugin and add the code like below to a page:
    [restrict role=”editor” page=”1″]
    Content
    [/restrict]

But what’s happening is that the “Content” is hidden and page 1 is displayed for all users including editors. Only admins are able to see “Content”.

    Thank you for reporting this.

What happens if you use another role but editor? And if you leave out the “page” property?

The same issue persists if I use any other role.

If I leave out the “page” property, then I just get a blank page instead of content.

I will look into this. Are you using any plugin to edit the built-in roles in WordPress, or any other membership/restriction plugin?
