Restrict Content to User Role & to Date

Hello, we’re creating a virtual exhibition for one of our customers.
We will have a couple of user roles (participants, exhibitors, …).

All participants will need to pre-register.
They shall be able to only participate in the event:
– when they have pre-registered
AND
– only starting up from a certain date.

Is it possible, to have a kind of conditional logic for user roles?
