restrict coupon to specific emails

You can do that on the coupon settings.

• First, if you haven’t enabled coupons yet, you can do this on WooCommerce > Settings > General > Enable coupons > Save the changes
• Then, go to Marketing > Coupons > Add Coupon
• Under Coupon Data, go to Usage Restrictions
• There you will see a Allowed emails field where you will be able to add the emails that can use the coupon

at philsgranola.gr i created a coupon and added an email in restrictions

1- when i tried to check out when i added the coupon without adding any email the coupon was applied

whereas i wanted the coupon to not be applied UNLESS i add an email address

2- when i added an email address first and then added the coupon it was applied again even of the email was [email protected] and the coupon should have been restricted to [email protected]

Sorry for the late reply.

I replicated the scenario on my personal site running on the?default Storefront theme, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end. Instead, I keep receiving the error message below when trying to use a coupon for an email that is not listed under the?Allowed emails?field: https://snipboard.io/PXyFHj.jpg

As a next step, can you please try to switch to the?default Storefront theme?and have only WooCommerce as the active plugin, then create a test order using the coupon and see if this works?

I was unable to view the SSR as it throws a 404 error.
