Restrict Courses Lessons

Using the plugin and understanding as I go. So, what do I need to do to restrict Lesson’s & Courses to paid user’s? I need to restrict by user level. How can I do that? Would that be two plugin’s?
Also the custom button color is not updating on lessons page, here
