restrict events viewing

hi there, I just added this plugin, I want to allow all my sites users to enter events but i would like to have it so that some events are visible to certain members. I’ve used both tage & categories but neither allow me to set ccaps or other restrictions on them. Can anyone help me figure out a workaround?
