• Hi,

I was quite chuffed to build a nice and complicated form with seemingly few issues until I got to the last field – the image upload field.

How do I restrict the file size for uploads without forcing an upload max size that restricts upload sizes to the whole site? I just want to add a 250kb limit to logo uploads…. I don’t want idiots trying to upload 8mb images….

There has to be some sort of field validation, but I can’t see how to add it!

Similarly, talking of validation, I can’t see how to validate email addresses?

    Thanks!

Hmm, as other posts have been answered and this one not, I assume the answer to my question is that there is no way to block unlimited size image uploads. I don’t understand why something as basic as a feature to limit upload file sizes hasn’t been incorporated into a submission form plugin. It seems a bit like like building a shop but not adding a lock to the front door!

Such a pity; I wasted a lot of time setting up my forms and thought this was a super little plugin, but the lack of such a basic feature means I now have to delete my work and find an alternative. I hope you sort it out soon, as it would seem to be a more important featre to offer than many of the paidfor addons I’ve been looking at on your site. By the way, you should allow right-clicks to work on your site – when searching through a list of help files, being forced to go to each page, then reverse back to the search page to check the next result is not very user friendly. It can’t just be that I’m blonde..
