    Hello,

Is it possible to restrict the history log view to specific users only? Perhaps a code snippet that will take one or more usernames?

    Thanks for any help.

  • “Show search options” link on the search page of Simple History expands to include a Users filter text box, in which you can add multiple users (does some on-the-fly user string matching too).

Any words searched for will then be restricted to those users only (leave “Containing words:” field blank to get all the records of all of those users).

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply but that’s not quite what I meant. I want to stop people from being able to see the logs depending on either their user role or username. For example if wanted only Admins or a specific user to be able to see them.

UPDATE: i’ve just found this super useful page that documents how to do both of these ??
