• Hi there.

I’m currently running the free version of Restrict, I’m testing it out before I purchase the premium version.

I want to restrict a few pages, so that only customers that bought a specific product should have access.

So I specified these pages using the “Content Available To” setting, and then selecting the specific product. I also installed the Simple URLs plugin, and created a redirect page. My WooCommerce settings is set so that people have to log in to purchase products.

When I logged out of my site to test the plugin, the pages displays with no restriction. And there is no redirect. I’m sure I set all of the settings, or am I missing something?

I’m running ver 2.1.2 of Restrict. Any assistance would be appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

You have mentioned that you’re using Simple URLs plugin which Restrict has integration with. So, can you please confirm whether you have followed our documentation here https://restrict.io/restricted-content-documentation/simple-urls/ for setting up Simple URLs and have set up content availability for redirect URLs?
    Please let us know.
    Thanks.

    Hi Igor,

    Thanks for your response.

Even before I installed Simple URLs, the pages wasn’t restricted at all. So I don’t think it has something to do with Simple URLs and how it’s setup, as the pages aren’t restricted to start with.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

If I’m not mistaken, you have also contacted us via email regarding the same thing and where we have then determined that the content of your page is actually embedded to the template and resolved the problem by explaining how to utilize Simple URLs plugin.
    Can you please confirm?
    Thanks.
