    Hi
    I am setting up a video on demand site for local performers.
    – Home page showing all the performers available to watch
    – Performer page with their video in the header
    – In the body of that page a preview video that anyone can watch.

    I want everyone to be able to see all the pages, but only subscribers can play the main video on the performer page.

    How do I restrict subscription access to one object on a page? Have watched the video on the ARMember website about creating a video on demand site but it seems to restrict access to everything until subscribed which is not what I want.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

    As I understood from your request you want all members to access all post/page but you don’t want them to access content if they are not logged in the site.

    If that is case, then ARMember already provides facility to Restrict Partial Content using ARMember “Restrict Content” Shortcode which you can add from WordPress -> Add/Edit Post/Page page above classic editor click on “Restrict Content” shortcode OR for Gutenberg Editor click on Add Block -> ARMember Blocks -> Restrict Content button. After that select “Restriction Type” and “Target Users” according to your requirements. That’s it.

    For Example you can use below given shortcode to restrict content for non logged in users:
    [arm_restrict_content plan=”unregistered,” type=”hide”]

    {ADD Content For logged in}

    [armelse]

    {Content For non logged in}

    [/arm_restrict_content]

    Thanks,
