restrict "previous" and "next" links to a single catagory

Hi, on my home page selecting “previous” or “next” links is setup to only show posts of a single category.

But after you go into a single post and select the previous and next links at the bottom of the post, it takes takes all categories.

https://bearleaderchronicle.com/site/stay07-artist-residence/

How can I get my single post page to also restrict the previous and next posts to one category like the home page?
