    Hi everyone.
    I bought a Premium for Sola support tickets last week.
    Everything is working fine but I’d like to restrict ticket access to the user only.

    From the Visibility feature available in the Publish section, it appears that, as the Administrator, I’m not given other choices than the three options: Public, Password protected and Private.

    Now, the Password protected option asks me to set a password for the ticket. But I don’t want to use passwords for each and every ticket I will be processing.

    So is there a way to restrict tickets to the user who has submitted it, without using custom password but just by letting the user log in with user credentials?
