restrict role create_user to subscriber only

  • As admin I’m hoping to restrict another role (a lower-admin of the site) using the role-manager plugin to not only have the ability to create_user but to only be able to create a subscriber, or not an administrator user. I’ve been unable to locate documentation as to parameters of create_user, is this possible? Thoughts?
