Restrict roles to post only using specific categories…

Can I use this plugin to restrict a user role to post using specific categories. Say, I have three categories – A, B, and C. I have created a custom role, say ‘educationist’. All users from this role should post articles in either A or B category. Can I do this using “Capability Manager Enhanced” plugin? If not, is there any other plugin to do this?
