Restrict USER page

Hi,

I have a site with multiple user roles. I do not want every role to view every role. So, i have 4 roles called Football, Swimming, Rugby and Manager. For example, if a footballer logs in, i do not want the footballer to view other footballers profiles, even if the URL is given e.g. https://mysite/user/ronaldo/ to a different footballer member, despite them having the same roles assigned. I only want the Manager role to be able to view the Footballer, Swimming and Rugby roles only and not the other Managers roles.

I have only one USER PAGE where the Ultimate Member->Settings->General user page dropdown point to users. I know I can restrict this page, but if this the only user page, how do I restrict as described above?
