Restrict Users To Certain Shortcode

Hi, I need help
I have multi-authors blog and I want to restrict some shortcodes for other users. During this time, they can use all the shortcodes through front end.

Even though I did not tell them the shortcode, for those who already know that I used the “Shortcode Ultimate” can use shortcodes anytime.
