Restricted pages dont always works

    Hi! First of all excellent plugin, it has been working excellent on my course site, but now that im using restricted access i have been experiencing some problems, for example on a restricted page for selected memberships there are times that the user cant see the page and is redirected to the levels page to purchase a membership.

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    Are you able to replicate this issue or find a commonality between user’s that are experiencing this?

    A couple of questions to help figure this out:

    • Is this happening for logged-in members or logged-out users only?
    • Is it only happening for certain content – Custom Post Type, pages, posts or other?
    • Are you able to replicate this yourself?

      • If you are running caching, this may also interfere with content restriction functionality periodically (depending on what cached version the user is seeing and if it cached while they were logged-out etc).     HI! thanks for the reply, well it seems it was problem with a user using a different account wich doesnt have access to the restricted pages..Thanks for the guide certainly gonna check it out to avoid future problems.

    And another question, im using pmpro woocommerce pluguin so when a user buys a product its linked to a membership and autocomatically register the user with the membership, my questions is if that product is linked to a membership with a subscription will it work the recurrent payment?

    Thanks for the feedback, when selling through WooCommerce you will need to use WooCommerce Subscriptions to allow WooCommerce to accept recurring payments.

    The membership status will then be linked to the WooCommerce Subscription status.

    HI! So today i experience the problem myself. I login perfectly fine, then i navigate to the page wich is restricted and sudenly im not logged in anymore, but if i navigate to other page im again logged in and viceversa. The url is correct, the page is using elementor but the restricted access is on the wordpress edit page not inside of elementor.

    Thanks for the feedback @gerardogi88, can you confirm that you have temporarily disabled caching for this page?

    If it shows that you are completely logged-out (even while being logged-in) this is the issue here as your site is ‘seeing’ you as logged-out and you won’t gain access to content.

    Please let me know if disabling caching helps.
