Restricted viewing plugins not working for me

  • Hi, I am trying to restrict access to my site to subscribers (which I collect elsewhere). I have tried WP Members and Members Only plugins and they don’t seem to be working. I activated the plugin and am logged out but there is still no login screen appearing. I also tried Registered Only plug in and when I go to the blog URL I get a screen with about 6 error lines related to header. WP Password works very nicely but I would like to give each user a different userid and password. thanks very much for any help you can give me.

    PS. I am using WordPress 2.1.3 downloaded within Network solutions

    OK, I figured out how to make WP Members work (by reading the full instructions and understand that you have to add the <!–more–> link and behind that is restricted. This is very cool, but I just want the whole site restricted.

    OK, I found one that works perfectly for what I am trying to do and thought I would just finish off this little conversation with myself in case anyone else has the same issue AC Authenticator plugin does the trick!
