Restricting a timeslot to one service at a time

    Hello

    I have a gymnasium that I would like to rent by the hour for ball hockey, volleyball and basketball, with a maximum of 12 people per hour. I have tried to setup Webba booking to do the following but failed.

    If someone books an hour timeslot for basket ball for 6 people, that timeslot is still available for another basket ball(same service/sport) booking up to 6 more people, but not available for any booking of a different service/sport like ball hockey, or volleyball.

    Is this possible?

    Hello,

    I’ll be happy to help. Please, open SETTINGS – <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Booking rules</span> and set the following options:

    • Autolock bookings: enabled
    • Perform autolock on: All services
    • Autolock for group booking services: Lock time slot.

    This configuration will work for you if:

    1. You created separate service for each sport.
    2. The option ‘Lock time slot if at least one place is booked’ is empty.
