This looks like a very interesting plugin!

We have a site where we would like to assign specific wordpress users to be in charge of different sections of our website (all with Editor role access). For example, User Account #1 can access the parent page (and all sub-pages) of Topic #1 only. User Account #2 can access the parent page (and all sub-pages) of Topic #2 only.

From what I see, this plugin allows us to assign one of the 5 default WP roles to a parent page and restrict by role, but it doesn’t seem to allow for us to restrict it based on a particular user’s account.

If this is the case, would your plugin accomplish our needs if we were to create a custom user role for each user and then assigned each user to their respective custom role?

I’m assuming it might work, but wanted to get your thoughts.

    Thanks!

In theory that should work yes, as any role that has been created will show up in the restriction list.
