restricting directories to different user groups

  • Hi,

    First of all – this plugin is great. However, I am in a situation where I have many users who belong to different client groups. I manage these users by assigning them to custom groups (using the groups plugin).

    Is there any way that I can restrict directories to each client group? i.e. so that users can only view their client directory and not any others which belong to other clients?

    hopefully this makes sense.

    Your request makes sense and can be achieved with custom capacities. For example, set custom capacity for a user to “Client1”. Then this user will be able to parse the access-s2member-ccap-Client1 directory in your s2member-files directory.
