Restricting edit access to certain pages?

If I give a user Editor access is there any way that I can restrict them from editing a couple pages that I have created as Administrator? In other words, I have a couple pages with short codes, etc., that I really don’t want people with Editor access to mess with, accidentally. Yet as Editors they need to be able to create and edit all other pages.
