Restricting Editors to one page

I’m using WordPress to build a local ‘eating out’ guide. Each restaurant I list has its own page.

What I want to do is this: give the manager of each restaurant their own login, enabling them to manage certain parts of their own listing.

Is it possible to set up a new user and ONLY give them priviliges over a SINGLE page?
