Restricting user registration to one location?

    Hi,

    I’ve just installed a new WP multisite and now I’m just wondering how to restrict the registrations to only a certain location.

    The domain is https://416seller.com and I need to restrict registration to Toronto-based sellers. I’m thinking that maybe an extra field in the registration will be ok but if there is maybe an htaccess code to detect Toronto-based IPs?
