Restriction Content Preview

    Restriction content preview works fine unless excerpt is specified. If excerpt is specified it does not show the excerpt or the content restriction message. See the screenshot, the blog on the left does not have an excerpt, the content restriction message works fine. See this example – the blog on the right does have an excerpt specified and it does not show an excerpt or the restriction message.

    I would expect it to show the content restriction message regardless of whether a blog has an excerpt or not.
