Restriction doesn’t work with Elementor tabs

Hello, I have a site content created with Elementor tabs. Before that content I created text block with shortcode for showing for registered users. And after that text block with else content.
Registered and also non-registered users see Elementor tabs content, else shortcode with its content and end arm shortcode.
