Restriction not working on mobile

I have enabled and set in the country restriction tab on the edit product page
– “Product Available for Selected Countries”
– Select Countries: “UK”In the CBR Settings of the plugin I have selected:
– Catalog Visible (non purchasable)
– Hide Product Variations – ticked/checkedIn WooCommerce default customer location is set to: geolocate
In the head when logged in as admin, I can see CBR: United Kingdom , so it is detecting my location.
I accssed the website via a VPN and acted as a customer connected to e.g. France, as expected X product was restricted and advised that the product was not available for your country. When accessing the product without a VPN on my desktop pc (in the UK) the product was available…
However, when accessing the website and product via mobile I get the Sorry this product is not available for country message…. which is wrong!
Why is this happening ?
