I’m really sorry – I missed the notification for the reply to my original post. I have disabled caching but it’s not made an difference. Is there anything else I can try?

    Thank you!

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

Please send me screenshots of how you’ve protected a post so that we can take a further look into this for you?

Thank you for your feedback. Do you experience the same issue with a post that has not been built with Avada Builder?

I’d like to try and narrow this down and see if it’s an issue on the page builder on the post’s template that could be causing an issue with this.

    Kind Regards,

Thank you Jarryd – I’ve tried with a post that’s not built on Avada builder, it’s the same result.

Thank you for your feedback. Please try switching to a default WP theme such as Twenty Twenty Four and let me know if the issue persists?

Hi, not sure why but when switch to Twenty Twenty Four, the posts came out blank – both ones restricted and the ones that are not

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve created a test page and added a couple of Avada elements to the page, followed by protecting the page using the ‘Require Membership’ metabox.

The content is protected on my side – unfortunately I can’t replicate the behavior you are experiencing.

I would recommend reaching out to a local developer in your area that can login and look further into this for you, or you can post a project on https://jobs.wordpress.net.

If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out and we’d be happy to assist.

    Kind Regards,
