Restrictions of Advertisement Showing

Hello,

We have a property listing site that basically uses a search to display results. https://whitetaillandsales.com
There are categories and Taxonomies used as search fields.
We are selling ad spots for each state and the state counties.
When someone selects a state in the search field it shows you all the properties in that state. We want to be able to show ONLY banners for that state or county they choose in search. (again those search fields are actually taxonomies)
I was able to select my taxonomy under the Show ad only in single posts or archives of certain Custom Taxonomies Terms:
but obviously that must be incorrect as its not working. No matter what you search all banners show up, not just the ones for select taxonomies…
Is this plugin not really what I want?
