Restrictions on Tag editing

  • I’ve read over the docs, but can’t find the answer to this one, so hope you can help.

    I’d like to be able to 1) restrict a user to *just* being able to Add and perhaps Edit Tags to currently-existing posts.

    2) Restrict a user from entering / editing a Tag definition (including the Yoast SEO additional fields).

    Are either/both of these possible?
