Restrictive and limited feature options – non-existent customer support

Very frustrating to make/change settings to adjust text alignment, font color, font size, or font type in the header slider section without having to insert various CSS code scripts – which is really disappointing.

The deal breaker however was when I finally realized I was not able to use any page or block editor on the homepage. The theme binds you to the predefined setting types, which severely hampers any flexibility in customizing the homepage with any of the abundant page and blocker editor objects from Gutenburg or Elementor. Had high hopes in using this Theme but decided to go another route since way too much time was spent wrestling with ways to overcome these limitations.

Unfortunately I went the Pro route before realizing these short commings, and after a few days quickly requested a refund. Upon doing so it’s been nothing but crickets from customer support, tech support, or their chat channel. Unless you want your homepage exactly like their demo – don’t waste the time with this theme – most specifically the upgrade.
