Resubmitting and Email Address

  • Hi,

    This is a great plugin. But I am wondering is there any way to stop a candidate from submitting their answers multiple times? At the moment, even after someone submits the answer, they can still see the questions again meaning they can use fake information to get access to the questions in advance. Is there any way to check the identity by also requesting an email address?

    Please excuse the late reply – we were not subscribed to this forum, which we have now changed.

    Cliptakes offers the possibility of requesting additional information such as an email address on the sign up form. Custom form fields can be added via a shortcode:
    [cliptakes_custom_input label=”Email” placeholder=”Your Email”]

    Data collected using these fields is purely for your information though, the contents of these custom fields will be added to the email you receive after an interview is completed.

    We currently do not offer an option to prevent people from taking an interview more than once.
