Resubscribe is not working

    Hello,

    I tested the plugin before turn off my maintenance mode and it works good.

    The only problem it’s :

    I subscribe two different emails (one from gmail and the other from my domain) works fine but i unsubscribe then i want to resubscribe on the same list and it shows the error message.

    I checked on Mailchimp and the contact is unsubscribe and deleted.

    Can you help please ?

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please note that if a user has unsubscribed, then MailChimp.com does not allow that user to subscribe again using 3rd party forms (API) such as our plugin. That user can only subscribe again using the forms hosted by MailChimp.

    If you face this issue often, then you can include a link to the MailChimp’s hosted form in our error message.
