Result page issue

  • Hello,

    I have installed the free version which is working ok but I am facing an important regarding a result page.

    Indeed, products are getting listed while typing in keywords in search bar but when I click on search, it brings me to a default page without showing a page of products as a result matching my keyword.

    I am considering buying the paid version but I would like to make sure this widget is working properly before hand.

    Would you please explain how to get a result page when clicking on search, without selecting any product listed?

    I couldn’t find the search form on your site. The plugin is now disabled?
    Try to test if the button works if you use a different theme.
    You can try the commercial version of this plugin with the live demo on our site.

    Indeed, the plugin is disabled because it is not working properly.

    I cannot and do not want to change the theme.

    What should I do to make sure it is going to work before I buy the premium version?

    Could you tell me where to configure the plugin result page? Or look into my dashboard and test it?

    Hi there,
    I think the problem could be the theme; can you please simply switch to a default WordPress theme and try to do searching (then you can go back to your theme again), In this way you can be sure if the problem is theme or not.

    Thank you for your reply. As the site is live, I cannot switch to the default for testing.

    Have you never faced this same issue on other website? Where would the result page settings and display be managed from?

    Hi,
    the plugin do not manage the results form, it is usually managed by theme.
