Result page not found

Hallo! I’m writing from Italy
Best compliments for your good plugin.
I’m testing it to decide if it’s usefull for my little test in a new site I’m building. I have a test enviroment on my home PC.
All is ok, and it seem can really be the right plugin.
The only problem is when I click on the ‘Results” button : no page found:

and I compiled the formulas section, I think, correctly.
Do you have any suggestion? Where must I pay attention in the test design?
