Results always open in new tab

I’m trying to have search results open in the current tab/window and they always open in a new one.

I have “Link Target Blank” unchecked and “Support Overlay Display” checked (as I’m using the overlay). I have the look & feel in the Google settings set to overlay, and that part comes up fine.

Is there anything else that would force the target to always be “_blank”?
