Results are multiplied

    i love your plugin!
    I have used it before and it worked great, and now when i added a new quiz, everytime when i hit “submit quiz” i get everything twice: an email with my results (as a participant), an email for the administrator and the results page shows as if i did the quiz twice. Oh and the name is multiplied on the leaderboard too.

    Is there a way to fix it? I use the latest WP version and the latest plugin version, and i don’t have too many plugins activated.
